ADVERTISEMENT FOR AN ASSISTANT DRILLER

The IPIN Institute for Applied Geology and Water Engineering from Bijeljina announces the employment of 5 executors - Assistant worker for exploratory drilling and drilling and equipping wells. The position entails field operations of deep drilling in the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina, for a certain period of time (3 months with the possibility of extending the contract and eventual employment in a permanent employment relationship). Executors should be ready for field work outside their place of residence and in shifts, which includes working at night.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

SSS technical professions (geodriller, car mechanic, locksmith, welder, plumber, fitter, etc.). Desirable but not a requirement: Driver's license category B or higher.

JOB DESCRIPTION AND WORK TASKS

• works on all simple physical jobs in the field on the order of the geodriller or site manager,
• maintains order and cleanliness at the workplace,
• washing machines and tools,
• loading and unloading of equipment and tools,
• the possibility of advancement with additional training for geodrilling jobs.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

After employment, there are trainings in the field of occupational safety, environmental protection and fire protection, as well as basic training in knowledge and skills related to work tasks. Older experienced drillers work with new employees, who pass on experience and knowledge to auxiliary drillers. Special qualifications and professional knowledge are not required to start work, because the right knowledge is acquired through training and work at the IPIN company (training for: deep drilling, electric arc welding, training for C and CE category, etc.). There is also the help of a drilling mentor, and further knowledge and skills for performing the work are developed.

JOB LOCATION:

Bijeljina, and if necessary, field work outside the municipality of Bijeljina (BiH).
