Hydrogeological exploration

Hydrogeological exploration implies the application of modern methods and equipment for exploration of underground aquifers in which groundwater of privileged directions is accumulated. It also implies the exploration of the speed and direction of groundwater movement, determining the optimal capacity of wells and springs.

  • design, drilling and equipping of exploration boreholes and wells with diameter of 76 to 1050 m, for the purpose of water supplying, water bottling, spas, swimming pools, irrigation of mines, drainage, landslides rehabilitation, etc.
  • Geophysical exploration of terrain (refractive seismic, shallow reflection seismic, geomagnetic and geo-electrical probing, LUND)
  • Preparation of the studies on reserves and quality of mineral raw materials and ground waters, designs of detail geological and hydrogeological explorations, revisions, etc., until the final concession to the bearing or source is obtained
  • design, drilling and equipping of new wells for the needs of cities, settlements, enterprises, spas, and water bottling factories, with diameter of 150 to 1050 mm with the depth up to 1500 m.
  • Drilling of well by rotary drilling method with water and specific flushing methods, compressed air - stroke-pneumatic method, so called "DTH - down the hole system"
